SagraBruschettaFiast Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Hi everyone, I’m using Loyverse POS for a small festival in Italy, and I need to understand whether it can support our fiscal requirements. In Italy, every retail sale must be accompanied by a “scontrino fiscale” (fiscal receipt). Since 2019/2020, this receipt must be issued through a certified hardware device called “Registratore Telematico” (RT printer), which not only prints the receipt but also sends the daily transaction data directly to the Italian tax agency (Agenzia delle Entrate – Corrispettivi Telematici). Simply printing a non-fiscal receipt from a standard printer is not compliant. So my question is: can Loyverse POS be integrated with an RT fiscal printer to correctly generate and transmit the scontrino fiscale in Italy? If yes, are there specific RT models that are known to work, or does Loyverse have a native integration/plugin for the Italian RT protocol? Alternatively, does Loyverse at least allow exporting the daily sales data in the XML format required by the tax agency, so it can be sent via a separate middleware? I’d really appreciate any information from users who are using Loyverse in Italy, or from the support team regarding the current state of Italian fiscal compliance. Thank you very much!
