Ask or Force cashier to save order on open ticket (table)

We have events with about 100 table and if a cashier forget to save order on table the kitchen and bar don't know where to bring the food & drinks.

Is the a posibility :
1) if order not saved on table and "charge" will be pressed -> that an message come to "please save on table" or "do you want to continue without save"
2) this option would be greate to switch on/off in "Employee" functions or menu for induvidials ....
