No record of a Spilt payment

Did a split payment, Eftpos recorded it.

Theres no receipt sent, and no record of the 2 transactions.?

Hello
Please make sure you complete each step of the SPLIT PAYMENT procedure. Only after each step shown in the tutorial is done, the transactions will be properly recorded.

Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Loyverse POS App and the device that meets the minimum requirements:

Loyverse POS App can be installed on iPad, iPhone, Android Tablet or Android Smartphone.
The minimum requirements to use Loyverse POS on your devices are Android 5 or later and iOS 15 or later.
We recommend a device with a minimum of 1 GB of RAM and 1 GB of free space on your device.
