GioRostan Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Hi, everyone Is there anyway to change the price directly and more convenient ? Thank you
Georg Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Hello The PRICE of the item can be changed ONLY by using the discounts, modifiers or if you left the PRICE field blank in the item's settings (then you can set the price upon sale). 1
hoanghai88tv Posted Tuesday at 07:22 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:22 AM Hi Loyverse Team, I am a regular user of your POS system and I really appreciate the simplicity of the app. However, I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the "Item Price" functionality during a sale. Currently, if I want to change the price of an item at the checkout, I can only apply a percentage discount. If I want to sell an item at a specific custom price (for example, changing a 100,000 VND item to 80,000 VND or 120,000 VND depending on the situation), the app doesn't allow me to edit the price field directly. The only workaround right now is setting the item price to "0" and inputting it manually every time, which is very time-consuming. Most other POS applications allow users to tap on the item price and overwrite it with a new value or apply a fixed amount discount for that specific item, rather than just a percentage or a discount on the whole bill. I believe adding the ability to directly edit the unit price for each item in the sale screen would make the app much more flexible for business owners. I hope you consider this update in the near future. Best regards,

As a workaround, to decrease the item's price or increase it, you can use the modifier feature: You can set the negative and positive prices for it and apply it when it is needed: --- 1
