Cancelling/refunding orders

I understand that shifts can't be cancelled but each receipt can be cancelled, however I noticed that when I pay in or pay out and I close shift, even if I cancel all the receipts the amount is still reflecting. I was just wondering if I'll still pay in or out when re-entering the sales again. Won't this affect the total sales amount?

Hello

If you cancel the receipts in the back office and close the shift, the cancelled receipts will not be accounted for in the shift report.
Only the amounts you registered as PAY IN or PAY OUT and the starting cash amount will be shown in the shift report.
Even if the receipts were cancelled after the shift report was closed, it will affect the shift report the same way.
