Philippe Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Good morning, Is there a way to print customer details such as name and ID number on the ticket we can send to customer so that it can be used as an invoice? thanks
Georg Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Hello Is it related to the integration with VARIFACTU required in Spain?
Philippe Posted November 5 Author Posted November 5 Yes and no. It is something that should exist already but that will be more important to have with Verifactu. there are 2 types of invoices in Spain: simplified (simplificada) and ordinary (ordinaria). Simplified invoice is basically a ticket that doesn't hold customer details and that can be used to deduct expenses (not VAT). Can't be more than 400 euros. Ordinary invoice does need to hold customer details such as name, VAT number.... and can be used to deduct VAT. These invoices however need to have different sequence numbers than the simplified invoice/ticket sequence. I have now found how to add some customer details to the ticket but it can't be used as an invoice since it follows same sequence number as the tickets and a title of Simplified invoice appears on it. Hope this clarifies.
Georg Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Yes, we have an integration with VARIFACTU and all related features. It can be activated by request. Please, contact our team through the chat in the Loyverse POS App or in the back office and ask them that you would like to activate integration with VERIFACTU.
