Need to produce a clean receipt

Greetings.  Using Loyverse in a true restaurant environment is tough.  We have to create modifiers for seat numbers and for courses.  That makes the receipts very long and full of items that the customer really does not need to see.  

Any thoughts on how we can use the API to print a receipt without those items?

For the seat numbers, you can use the predefined open tickets feature:

I am afraid it is not possible to print receipts with the modifiers hidden.
