RBAA Posted Friday at 04:12 PM Posted Friday at 04:12 PM Last week my system suddenly stopped reporting sales even though there were sales rang in. Any ideas as to why or how to fix it?

First, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Loyverse POS App on your devices (The latest version for iOS devices is 3.00. For Android devices is 2.58.1). 2. Please check the RECEIPTS section in the POS app on your POS devices. Can you see the missed receipts there? If they are marked as UNSYNCED, please open the sales screen on the POS device and press the SYNC button. 3. Please check if the date and time on your POS devices are correct. Note: If the date and time were wrong and the sales were made, you should look for them for that incorrect date and time in your back office. 4. If the sales were made while the device was offline or had internet connection issues and sales were not synchronised with the back office, and later the Loyverse POS App was deleted or reinstalled on the POS device, all those sales are gone and can't be restored.
