Make.com AI order are not Automaticly printing

We are currently working on a key initiative to fully operate one of our locations using only our team of Deaf employees. After careful consideration,
 we selected Loyverse due to its strong potential for integration with Make.com and Zapier, and we’re pleased to share that everything is functional so far.

However, we are facing a critical challenge:

   AI Calls Orders are being received as a receipts, but they do not appear on the KDS (Kitchen Display System) or auto-print to the kitchen printer.

   To resolve this, we currently need to manually re-print the orders to have them appear on the KDS and kitchen printer, but that necessity manual operation...


We would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us achieve full automation of this process — 
ensuring that orders are instantly displayed on the KDS and printed in the kitchen without the need for manual re-printing.

This project is not only operational but also symbolic — our Deaf team is excited and proud to be part of this innovation. 
We may also be featured soon in an interview with CBC, and ensuring this integration is fully functional will be a key highlight of the story. 
Without a doubt, Loyverse will be recognized as the first POS solution enabling this inclusive initiative.
