nvoi Posted February 24, 2025 Posted February 24, 2025 Hi, as the title says, I'm unable to select my Kitchen Display as a Kitchen Printer in the PoS settings - it doesn't show up. I have set up the tablet on the same SSID with a static IP which also shows in the KDS settings, however the WiFi network if displayed as <unknown ssid>. Any suggestion on what I might need to check or change in order to get it to work?

After having tried to get this working with several different WiFi routers, I have given up on Loyverse as a restaurant PoS for the time being. Screenshots look like as shared by @Junkiest. I'll try to revisit once this issue and table management (not just tickets) are solved.

alejay Posted April 11, 2025 Posted April 11, 2025 I am having the same issue. I was having router issues. Changed to a new router. I wiped / reset android tablets pos and KDS still working. I have set static IPs CD tablet is working. Test goes to KDS order go to printer via Bluetooth. 1
Peteris Posted June 22, 2025 Posted June 22, 2025 Hi! I have same problem. Any ideas, where to look to solve the problem. Our bar want to start work with Loyverse. I tried to connect in 2 different locations (2 routers). Same results. Btw, Client screen is working perfect!

If you want to test the KDS function, you have to delete first your CDS configuration. Only one IP address is allowed to be used / pair as either CDS or KDS to POS.

If the IP was first assigned to CDS, just to test or the device was originally intended to being a CDS, internally LV would have assigned that IP to the CDS. Than later on if you wanted that same device to being a KDS, LV is seeing that device as the CDS device and likely your router would have maintained the same IP to that device. Thus a IP/internal configuration conflict would occur.
