SSID unknown, no Kitchen Display to select in Kitchen printer settings

Hi, as the title says, I'm unable to select my Kitchen Display as a Kitchen Printer in the PoS settings - it doesn't show up. I have set up the tablet on the same SSID with a static IP which also shows in the KDS settings, however the WiFi network if displayed as <unknown ssid>. Any suggestion on what I might need to check or change in order to get it to work?

After having tried to get this working with several different WiFi routers, I have given up on Loyverse as a restaurant PoS for the time being. 

Screenshots look like as shared by @Junkiest.

I'll try to revisit once this issue and table management (not just tickets) are solved.

Curious, what device for the KDS used and what version of Android /iOS used?
