View canceled tickets?

Is there a way to see the canceled tickets in the receipts tab?

If you mean the tickets that were cancelled before the payment was made, I am afraid it is not possible to see any report for such tickets.
But, if you mean paid receipts that were refunded or cancelled, you can find them in the RECEIPTS report in your back office:
