FrozenSection
Is there a way to merge receipts that has already been paid? I usually want to be able to count the number of receipts at the end of the day since they also represent the number of tables and turnovers we get over a shift. The problem is if a table/guest decides to pay immediately, so we do the sale and that is one receipt. Then they decided to add a few other orders after, which means we will do the sale and then have another separate sale receipt from the same table. I was wondering if Loyverse is capable in merging receipts, or if we can add a sale to an already made receipt.

Hello It is not possible to merge paid receipts but as a workaround to mark the receipts as assigned to a specific table, you can create tables as the DINING OPTIONS in addition to the PREDEFINED OPEN TICKETS: --- Then, you will have two ways to assign a receipt to the specific table number: 1. By creating an open ticket using the PREDEFINED OPEN TICKETS 2. By using the DINING OPTIONS ---
FrozenSection
Oh that's too bad, thank you though. The work around takes a little bit more work but I'll try and see if it can work with my flow.
