I would like each waiter to only see their own bills, with all bills being cleared by the Head of Food and Beverages. Currently, there are too many voided items, and I want to implement stricter control over this. Additionally, I’d like to know how we can manage meal accompaniments in the system to avoid double work. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Angelika Posted September 27 Share Posted September 27 Hello! You can disable "manage all open tickets" access right for your waiters; this way, they will only see tickets they made. As for the meal accompaniments, you can add them as modifiers and apply them to the items you need. When making a sale, you will be able to choose from the modifiers list.
