Colin_Turnbull Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 Hi, we have a problem. When we try to charge a customer using SumUp we get the following error on our loyverse POS. 'Payment system authorization error. Please contact customer support'. (see attached screen shot). We have rebooted out ipad and rebooted and connected the SumUp machine. Solution Shinjin Posted September 26 Solution Share Posted September 26 Hello, Please open the Back Office --> Settings --> Payment types, open the Sumup payment type, and then press the disconnect button. After you have disconnected your Sumup account, please reconnect it again by pressing the "Connect account" button, then try using the Sumup payment type again. We will be waiting for your feedback.
