Payment system authorization error

Hi, we have a problem.  When we try to charge a customer using SumUp we get the following error on our loyverse POS.  'Payment system authorization error.  Please contact customer support'.  (see attached screen shot). We have rebooted out ipad and rebooted and connected the SumUp machine.  It still gives us the same error.   Can anyone help with a suggestion on how to fix this.  Thank you

Hello,

Please open the Back Office --> Settings --> Payment types, open the Sumup payment type, and then press the disconnect button.

After you have disconnected your Sumup account, please reconnect it again by pressing the "Connect account" button, then try using the Sumup payment type again.
