With Simplybook you easily create receipts in Loyverse once an invoice gets paid via Simplybook. This Zap uses Simplybook's new invoice trigger to automatically create a receipt in Loyverse, as well as add or update a Loyverse customer to keep your details up to date, with no added clicks or keystrokes. To get started first, please start by following the steps in the template below, 1. You can find the ready-made template by tapping on Explore Integration and searching Simplybook and Loyverse in Zapier, 2. Please start by connecting your Simplybook account and tap continue, 3. Then please add the following filter when the receipt is paid in Simplybook it will continue to the other step. 4. After that, in the next step, you will set up your Loyverse account, select the event which is “Get a List of Customers”, fill out the needed information in the action and tap continue, 5. You will fill in the next step which is to create or update a single customer in Loyverse, continue by filling out all the information needed, and continue to the next step. 6. Then you will continue by tapping on the “Create or update receipts in Loyverse”, which will generate a receipt in Loyverse once the reservation has been paid in Simplybook. 7. After that each time you make a reservation through Simplybook.me if the invoice is marked as paid it will generate a receipt in the Loyverse back office, 8.
