How to credit a refund to the customer

So I know how to do a refund in terms of what to tap, but how does the refunded amount get credited back to the customer? For example if a customer paid by card, how does their card get credited with the refunded amount?

The refunded amount will be returned to the customer's card if you are using one of the integrated card payment systems (Teya, Sumup or PayPal Zettle).
For more details about the refunds, please kindly contact the card payment provider company you are using with the Loyverse POS App (Teya, Sumup or PayPal Zettle).
