Crypt1cN1ck Posted June 5 Share Posted June 5 I ran an event yesterday and sold 91 items. The items were the same but all with different modifiers. The school would like a receipt. I don't see a way to print a single receipt for the entire shift for them. Also, since they paid ahead I just had my cashier ring up the orders and mark as paid but not actually collect any cash. I was too busy to realize that she rang them all up at the wrong price. Long story short, she charged $5 for each order when it should have been $3, so the shift shows $455 instead of $273. Is there a way to correct the receipts without having to cancel each one and ring them up again (which will show the wrong date now)? How to Cancel Receipts in Loyverse Back Officehttps://help.loyverse.com/help/how-cancel-receipts To create new receipts with the previous date, you can try this workaround after you cancel the old receipts: Make sure you're in online mode, then SIGN OUT of the app. Change time and date settings on your device (to enter sales from the 25th of August, change to 25/08). After doing this, SIGN IN again and you can enter sales for the specified days. Then SIGN OUT from the app again and change back the date and time on your device.
