Is it possible to retroactively add purchase history to an existing customer if they weren't tagged on the ticket?

We're looking through our receipts again and it looks like customer profiles were not created during peak hours because of how busy it was at the restaurant, but their names were quickly noted on the order note. Is it possible for us to tag these receipts to a specific customer to track their visits and purchases from our store after their visit?

If the receipt was already paid, it is not possible to assign this receipt to a specific customer. The only possible way is to refund this receipt, create a new one instead and assign a customer to this new receipt.

Is it possible to manually change the time on your device to save the receipt as if it were done and charged on that day? That way we can look at the dashboard without the new receipts going to the latest date.

Hello

 

There is no special feature to enter sales with the previous dates, but you can try this workaround:

Make sure you're in online mode, then Sign out of the app.

Change time and date settings on your device (to enter sales from the 25th of August, change to 25/08).

After doing this, Sign in again and you can enter sales for the specified days.

Then Sign out from the app again and change back the date and time on your device.

Finally, sign in to the app for the last time and continue using Loyverse POS.
