RNZ Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 (edited) Hi, there. I'm using Loyverse on iPad with Tyro. Recently, I purchased pos printer(Rongta RP326) and it works well. However, there's a problem with tyro. Because the option is print receipt and bill, pos printer print receipt as well which is "Merchant copy" and "Customer copy". I just want to print customer bill only which is TAX INVOICE we called. What I've tried is 1. I turned off this option Problem : when I turned off this option, pos printer doesn't print out the receipt(Merchant and customer copy). Instead, after every sales, loyverse is showing this and I must have to press the button. I don't want any copy. Also, when I press, No, Tyro start to print Merchant copy by itself. So I took our paper from Tyro. It's very annoying 2. I turned off print receipt and bill from printer setting Cause, I don't want to press extra button for stupid question. So, I decided to turn off the "Print receipt and bill" from the printer setting. I thought I can print receipt from Receipt menu. Not many customer asking about receipt. So it should be okay. But the problem is if I turned off the option "print receipt and bill", I'm not able to print receipt from the Receipt menu manually. To print receipt, I have to turn on the option from printer setting and go back to receipt. It's very ridiculous. I just want to print receipt when customer asked me. I just want this button at the end. Not stupid pop up and Merchant customer copy. Could you please separate the print receipt and print bill? Or give me an idea what is the best way 1. I don't want the stupid question "print customer copy?" 2. I don't want the stupid Merchant and customer copy cause I don't need in this state 3. I don't know I explained well or not. It's very hard to explain. I don't know exactly which one is receipt and bill from your system. The easiest solution is to separate those options in the printer setting, I guess. So, printer should should have 3 options. 1. Print receipt 2. Print bill 3. Solution RNZ Posted June 11 Author Solution Share Posted June 11 I replaced my Tyro countertop to Tyro Pro. Now, loyverse doesn't show that stupid question anymore. For someone may need, I'll share the option From loyverse Turn on print receipt and bill from your receipt printer Turn off print EFTPOS receipts on pos printer From Tyro Change merchant receipt to Never Turn off print and email from customer receipt Now only Print receipt button shows at the end of every sales without any hassles 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
