How do we enter tips in payment system, we do not show the screen to add tips.

In the Sumup payment type settings, please make sure to enable the "Collect tip" feature and then save the settings.

Thank you, we only have 4 payment types, Cash, Charge, House Account and Venmo. 

Sum up is not an option on the drop down and we don't see the screen you have captured.
