Support on Admin Account Backdating an Order Item

Hi Loyverse Team, 

I would like to ask if loyverse supports Admin permission to input orders from previous dates? If so, can you confirm if only an Admin Account can do backdate orders?

Do you mean, to create paid receipts with the previous dates?

Can I backdate a receipt or generate a receipt for past sales?   Like @Georg above, I need to create paid receipts with prior dates? Is there a capability in Loyverse to do this task?    Thank you.   Dr. Andrea Price, M.D.

I found the fix through the AI customer service bot after a few attempts to change wording.  On your device (Tablet, phone, laptop or computer) CHANGE THE  SETTINGS FOR DATE/TIME to the prior receipt backdate(uncheck Automatic date/time and manually backdate your device)  and upon Loyverse login, (you will see a time/date error message that the time may not be accurate), generate a sales receipt and it will email with the previous time/date stamp you set the device to.  It even worked on backdating a refund  **Once done, just remember to set your devie back to AUTOMATICALLY set correct date time, or it will impact your other apps and emails.
