Honeycotts Posted December 15, 2023 Share Posted December 15, 2023 Can anyone help, I'm trying to connect to Sumup for automatic payments, I've set up SumUp in the back office and click connect, logged into SumUp and then when it tries to redirect it comes up with: Access to r.loyverse.com was denied You don't have authorisation to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403 I have tried this on numerous devices using different browsers, always the same. My SumUp password is correct as I can use it manually. Any ideas? Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the developer's console? 1. Press the Connect Account button in the Back Office. 2. Enter you Sumup credentials in to the login form. 3. Open the developer console (F12) and then press on the login button. 4. Wait for the error message to appear on the screen 5. Send us a screenshot of the "Console" tab from the console. If you do not wish to send it here on the forum, you can send it to us at help@loyverse.com email address. We will be waiting for your reply.
