Access to r.loyverse.com was denied when trying to connect SumUp

Can anyone help, I'm trying to connect to Sumup for automatic payments, I've set up SumUp in the back office and click connect, logged into SumUp and then when it tries to redirect it comes up with:

 

Access to r.loyverse.com was denied

You don't have authorisation to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403

 

I have tried this on numerous devices using different browsers, always the same. 

My SumUp password is correct as I can use it manually.

 

Any ideas?

Hello,

Could you please tell us if this happens every time you try to connect?

Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the developer's console?

1. Press the Connect Account button in the Back Office.
2. Enter you Sumup credentials in to the login form.
3. Open the developer console (F12) and then press on the login button.
4. Wait for the error message to appear on the screen
5. Send us a screenshot of the "Console" tab from the console.

If you do not wish to send it here on the forum, you can send it to us at help@loyverse.com email address.

Could you please send our team at help@loyverse.com a video of you trying to connect Sumup to your Loyverse account?

In the meantime, we also recommend getting in touch with the Sumup support team regarding your issue.

How did you fix your issue? I didn't contact SumUp . because they allowed me to add my SumUp account.

mine was solved.,

My wi-fi had blocked some port numbers, so not allowing payment / sum,up to connect to loyverse
