Name/Note For Straight Payment Transactions

Hi does anyone know how you can put a note or maybe a name on the ticket if its a straight payment transaction? i can only do it when its a save order open ticket. right now we are saving a ticket to put a name and then going to said ticket to have it paid, alot of extra steps for just putting in someones name. also we dont want to register everyone that purchases because we are in a tourist area

Hello
The only possible way to write comments on the ticket without saving a new customer and saving an open ticket is to apply the modifier or variants to the items. When an item has modifiers or variants in its settings, you can add comments to this item while creating a ticket.
You can even create a test modifier only to have the possibility to write comments.
