BBCHG Posted October 26, 2023 Share Posted October 26, 2023 Hi, Our Sumup has linked fine to our Sunmi D2 mini using Loyverse for the past 18 months or so but I've suddenly got the error message: "Sumup account error. Please reconnect your SumUp account in back office and try again" Nothing has changed in back office however I have updated it, reset the POS, signed out and in etc and the error message won't let us use the Sumup. The Sumup account is okay and the reader is fine to use manually. On back office it states: "To configure card reader go to the settings menu in the Loyverse POS app." however on the POS app settings there is no tab for the card reader. Shinjin Posted October 28, 2023 Share Posted October 28, 2023 Hello, Could you please try disconnecting your Sumup account in the Back Office --> Settings --> Payment types --> Sumup page and then reconnect it again?
