All of a sudden, the printer/cash drawer and scanner no longer function. We have tried reinstalling the printer, we are sure they are connected through Bluetooth. Any suggestions what to try next? Yasuaki Posted October 10, 2023 Share Posted October 10, 2023 Hello, thank you for your post. You can try installing mPOP Utility and test the connection. If you cannot open the mPOP by mPOP Utility, it means your mPOP is broken. You can also try updating mPOP's firmware. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
