Mpop printer/scanner not working

We have an MPop printer that is connected to the iPad through Bluetooth. All of a sudden, the printer/cash drawer and scanner no longer function. We have tried reinstalling the printer, we are sure they are connected through Bluetooth. 

Any suggestions what to try next?

You can try installing mPOP Utility and test the connection.
If you cannot open the mPOP by mPOP Utility, it means your mPOP is broken.
You can also try updating mPOP's firmware.
