Hello.
Is it possible to print an Open Ticket without clicking "Save", directly by typing "Charge"?

We are a food truck, we work with Buzzer and we charge instantly, so we have to save the product with open tickets for the kitchen, and at the same time, look for the open ticket to collect. It's a waste of time.
The customer orders and pays at the time of ordering.
