Ticket name is not available when client pays his order.

How Loyverse can process next scenario. 


In a fast-food restaurant, client A orders food and pays, ticket is sent to kitchen printer for preparation but without a ticket name,

(has no ticket name because Loyverse when tap “Charge” there is not an option to add ticket name). 

Client B also orders food, pays and wait for his order too. 

Kitchen has prepared food accompanied by the ticket of the Kitchen printer with only an order number, where that food goes? 

Imagine multiple orders.

Recommendation.

If there is a way to process this scenario with Loyverse please inform me, otherwise my recommendation is to add an option to edit the ticket name as below.

 Or if user wants to edit the ticket.

You can call the customer by the order number:

The meaning of the numbers in the order:
Example #58-007

58- is the POS number;
007 - is the order number;
When the order number reaches 999, it starts again from 001.
(Also, you can reset the order numbering manually to 001 by Sign Out of the POS device).

(This order number is displayed only on a paid printed receipt (if the open ticket was not saved), on the KDS, on the printed kitchen order and on the CDS.
So, to see this number, the customer should pay for his order immediately because he will see the order number only on the paid receipt).

This doesn't work for all businesses as many customers refuse a receipt to save paper and some businesses don't provide paper receipts (no printer). Please add this feature.

The order number will be shown also on the Kitchen Display App. And the receipt can be sent to the customer's email address. It is not necessary to print paper kitchen orders and paper receipts.

If the customer is assigned to the ticket from the customers' base, the customer's email address will be added automatically and you will need to press only SEND RECEIPT button to send a receipt to the customer's email address:

If the customer is not in the customers' base, to send a receipt, please write the email address manually and press SEND RECEIPT:

This still doesn't work as many customers also refuse to add email. It would be a lot better if Loyverse added the ability to type in a custom ticket name without needing to save the open ticket first. That's our biggest change coming from our old PoS, is that Loyverse is the first we've ever tried that wasn't capable of this.
