how to i correct currency being different on POS to the back office?

To apply the same currency of your Back Office to the POS devices, you need to sign out and sign in again from the account in the POS apps.

Before signing out, make sure all your receipts have been synchronized with the Back office.

The dollar symbol appears on my ticket since yesterday and before it did not come out. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Actually my TPV is configured for EURO

Please, sign out and sign in again following this tutorial on your POS devices:
https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-exit-loyverse-pos

After you sign in back, the currency should be changed on POS devices.
