Being charged double to add a subscription

I am trying to subscribe to the employee management subscription. Instead of charging £20 it is charging £48 including VAT. I only want to pay for 1 month, please advise.

Secondly, I am based in Nigeria and wonder if it is possible to pay in Naira?
