Stijn Posted May 25, 2023 Share Posted May 25, 2023 Hello, since a couple of days we got a problem on both of our tablets (Samsung tab A8) and sumup systems. When we press on the button for payment with sumup it loads slow or sumup goes in a loop with showing the logo, after payment loyverse closed itself and there is no transaction of that payment in the system. Shinjin Posted June 22, 2023 Share Posted June 22, 2023 Hello, Is the issue you are experiencing still related to the Sumup application crashing when selecting "Sumup" from the payment type selection screen? Or are you experiencing another issue with Sumup? Do you see any error messages? Would you be able to record what kind of issue you are having? We will be waiting for your feedback.
