Sefords Posted May 8, 2023 Share Posted May 8, 2023 Helo, i'm losing my used device(Phone) for loyverse when i login to new device it need to erase my last device from active first and i'm afraid i'll losing my saved tickets since there's some unfinished payment. Solution Georg Posted May 13, 2023 Solution Share Posted May 13, 2023 Hello Yes, you just need to DEACTIVATE (unassign) your old device from the POS and log in to the same POS using another device. But the open tickets will be displayed on a new device only if your old device was connected to the internet when the open tickets were created. Please, open the list of the POSes in your back office and click on the POS which you used on the old device. ---- Press DEACTIVATE button: Now, you can log in to this POS on another device.
