Abbys Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 I purchased a symcode portable POS device to use for my business. The name of my business is Abbys Catering. The portable POS is working fine however, when i go to print a loyverse receipt from the device it is only printing codes and question marks. I have printed other things from the device and it works fine. Please let me know if you are able to assist me. I have attached a photo of the device i purchased as well as what the receipt looks like. I have all the settings on english. When i printed a test page it came out with some information in regards to a reciept. When i printed it again it went back to the same codes and question marks. I look forward to hearing from you. Georg Posted April 24, 2023 Share Posted April 24, 2023 Hello Please, note: We do not have the integration with the device shown on your picture and can't guarantee its proper work with the Loyverse POS App, but you can try to activate built-in printer as OTHER MODEL Bluetooth printer: If you already connected it the same way and it still prints strange symbols on the receipt, please open printer settings in the POS App, click on the "Advanced settings" and change a PRINT MODE.
