What is the issue with long receipts not printing the product totals?

This happens every time want to print a long receipt, but for short receipts you can still print a total receipt. Please help solve the problem.

Hello,
This might be because you are using an unsupported printer and the cutter is cutting the receipts too early.

Could you please go to the App → Settings → choose your printer, then open Advanced Settings → and in the field 'Cutter ESC/POS Commands', add 0(zero)A,0(zero)A before existing values. (This will make printer feed more paper at the end of receipt.)
For example:

You would have to write 0А,0А,1D,56,42,00

Hello,

If you are using other printer models, sometimes switching to Text mode could help. Most likely the reason why your printer cuts off the long receipts is that the printer does not have enough memory to print the entire receipt.

You can switch the printer to Text mode as shown below:

This is my second time encounter the problem in goojprt pt210 MTP-ll printer , when i first encounter this i buy a new one , and in the new printer it happen again what will i do ?

Hello, dear user

First of all, we suggest using printers from our supported printers list: https://help.loyverse.com/help/supported-printers

But you can try to fix the issue by changing the paper width settings.
Please, open printer settings in the Loyverse POS App and choose the smallest PAPER WIDTH there.
Save settings and try to print a new receipt.

I have the same problem but with a star stp650 wgich is supposed to be supported. it cuts too soon. Any potential solution, I've been trying so many different set ups

Please make sure you are using the exactly Star TSP650II / TSP654IIBl (Bluetooth) printer model. If so, please choose "Star TSP654IIBl (Bluetooth)" in the list of printer models when you connect it:

If the model is a bit different, please connect a receipt printer as "OTHER MODEL":
