Owner no pin set up

  • hi, i'm owner and only the employee. I can't set pin in owner profile and disable pin button. Whenever i select pin set, the system don't allowed me to set and prompt out error message as below: ''When using time clock feature the authentication by PIN code mode is enabled. Set your own PIN to enter Loyverse POS app.''
  • if i turn on time clock, it will prompt out this error message: 'The time clock feature requires authentication by PIN. Set your own PIN to enter Loyverse POS app.'

What should i do? i can't print out the receipt if i don't key in pin.

Hello, 

That is how the Loyverse system works. To use the Clock feature to calculate the working time of the Owner/Employee PIN code is required. So you can switch off the Track clock feature in Back office--> Settings, and after that it will be possible to switch off the PIN code for the Owner
