Error with setting up printer

We have been using Loyverse for several years, and always have had an issue with printers dropping out of the system.  Bought a new a NITA EK1 receipt printer which showed a LOYVERSE logo on the Lazada website [Its the asian Amazon].

When we try to connect either via wifi or via ethernet we encounter the same issues.  The printer connects to Wi-Fi and Lan, and print test is ok, but when testing from an iPad where the LOyverse app is installed it prints the order and then a long blank page [approx 25cm long] and then the error signal.


Does anyone have any ideas ?
