Separate GST from total on Receipt

We have customers that need to see the GST (10%) component of a sale on the receipt.

Even though I have added it in tax section and marked it as inclusive it doesn't show up separately on the receipt.

Any ideas please.

Hi!

In the given pdf file of your receipt given, it doesn't seem that you have placed a tax onto it at all. Normally, in Loyverse, when a tax is applied onto an item even if it is an Included to price or Added to price, it should show in the printed receipt like in this example: 

Here is the things that you can check to ensure that the taxes are properly shown and included in the printed receipts:
1.) Check if the tax is enabled for the items. You can go about this by going to the items list in your Back Office > Items Card and scroll down towards the Tax Section a faster way is if you go to your Settings > Taxes and then select the tax. In the Tax Card/Menu, you will find the "Option" where you can set it to "Apply tax to all new and existing items" so that the tax can be applied to all items.
2.) If you have the tax already set to this option and then also the tax is enabled for these items then in your POS App, click on the Sync button in the three dotted button in your sales screen to sync the changes. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet:
