Cannot print the full bill

Hello, 

I have a problem when i want to print a big bill ( with many items ). It's never print until the end and stop in middle of the bill. So the customer cannot see all the bill on ticket. I need to show on my phone. 

It's a problem in my bar when have many customers. 

 

Is there a setting for maximum line?

Hello

Please go to the App → Settings → choose your printer, then open Advanced Settings → and in the field 'Cutter ESC/POS Commands', add 0A,0A before existing values. (This will make printer feed more paper at the end of receipt.)
For example: 

You would have to write 0А,0А,1D,56,42,00

If it do not print all the information yet, please add more 0A,0A,0A,0A to the cutter comands field, sp it will looks like this:
0A,0A,0A,0A,1D,56,42,00
