Change receipt headers from total to receipt name.

We find it difficult to troubleshoot issues when the list of receipts are based on receipt totals. Might be better to change it to something more understandable like the receipt name.

It is not possible to display the customers names in the list of the receipts, but if you write the customer's name in the SEARCH field, you will see all the receipts assigned to this customer:
