Webhook not firing/ receiving

Hi,

I've got a webhook setup for receipt.update, it works for 3 stores, but not for the 4th one? I don't think you can exclude stores and that it was a global hook?!

Any idea what's going on?

It came in, just a fair time after it was sent!

Getting roughly a 45 mins delay from the receipt creation to webhook being fired...nothing on your status page though.

Also getting the occasional double calling of the web hook too.

Hi, this is working as expected now.

But I have a linked issue - the webhook only fires after the 'New sale' button is manually pressed in the app once the transaction is complete, which it often is not, so the webhook fires minutes, hours or even the next morning. Would it be possible to move or create a new webhook so that it is fired once the transaction is completed? i.e. at the same time the notification is pushed to KDS devices.

Currently, the webhook works like that, but we will discuss internally about the matter.
