Can we refund the item without discount being applied?

Dear Loyverse Team, 

When applied discount at sales, and if we would to refund, The delete option on discount doesn’t appear. 

Can we refund the item without discount being applied? I.e when refund it refund the total amount, without discount being applied.

I am afraid to say, but this feature may be disabled soon. So, it will not be available on iPad as well.

If that being the case, those refund for deposit cash do you have any alternative solution. 
 

Also, the discount applied for 2 items divided equally.  But when we want to refund 1 item, we don’t want to deduct the discount on it. 
 

Is there an exchange option available for items sold, but customer would like to exchange i.e different color, different size.

The only possible way in case if the user want to exchange an item is to refund it (with the discount applied) and then, create a new receipt for this new item.
