Amsterdam_78
When creating an open ticket it is possible to save it without having added a customer. In our case (table tennis club with members) not all tickets are always paid the same day, because sometimes people forget. For us it would therefore be useful if the ticket name would always display the customer's name so we know who to approach to pay the ticket. Angelika
Hello! When you click on "save" button for the open ticket, you can edit it's name and type customer's details here: If you are using predefined open tickets, while saving you will see the list of predefined ticket names. You can choose "Custom ticket" instead of predefined one and add there the customer's name as well:
Amsterdam_78
In our club we have bar shifts which are done 2x per year by each member. These members are inexperienced and sometimes forget to add a customer to the ticket when creating the ticket. The next day the new bar shift comes along and has no idea to which customers the unpaid tickets belong. And there is no way to find out. This is why in our case it would be very useful if during the initial creation of the ticket a customer must be added to the ticket.

Amsterdam_78
Thanks, I appreciate it. Our club is situated in the Netherlands and here are many sport clubs that use a ticket like functionality, many times still on paper. Until 2 years ago we also used paper. When studying the different POS systems many were discarded by us because of a lack of ticket functionality. So this is really an asset of your system and it may be worthwhile to invest a bit more into it. We are participants of the https://www.sportbestuurdersplatform.nl/ where clubs ask how others have tackled a certain problem or if others have a good recommendation. So we are definitely in a position to recommend Loyverse as a good solution.
