In our case (table tennis club with members) not all tickets are always paid the same day, because sometimes people forget. For us it would therefore be useful if the ticket name would always display the customer's name so we know who to approach to pay the ticket. When you click on "save" button for the open ticket, you can edit it's name and type customer's details here: If you are using predefined open tickets, while saving you will see the list of predefined ticket names.
