I'm very sorry, I used wrong grammar. What I meant is that "That" (the given picture you've sent) is what it would look like when you use the CDS App on a mobile phone while in the given screenshot I sent is what it would look like when you download and install CDS App on a tablet.

So yes, the screen size of devices used affects the display of the app.
