How can i get to see the total bill on the physical receipt as i charge a person?

i cant see the total price  of the items, when a client asks how much there total is i am at risk of human error

Have you tried to change the paper width in the printer settings?

I`ve tried to change the paper width bas recommend. But still can't get the total charges to be shown.

Did you tried both options of the printer width: 58mm and 80mm?
