Voiding Items from a bill / Clearing a ticket

guys i start using loyverse around 2 months ago,i run a small Indian restaurant, i realize this (void item in saved ticket) function can make a empty print receipt and the staff can void the whole bill and you cant track it in back office. lol be careful guys, just a heads up for you. so only my password can void any item now.

Is there a way to limit the employees that are able to remove items from or clear unsaved tickets?

Hello!
Yes, there an option to limit access of Employee to void item\delete ticket. This rights called "Void saved items in open tickets"
Deselect if you want to forbid your employees from deleting saved open tickets or deleting items from them. Of course it is only for saved open tickets, because an Open ticket in process of creation can't be restricted to be edit.
