I have problem with my account. 1. order tickets (for the barista) sometimes came out okay but most of the time printed a very long error text. 2. receipt (for customer) always double print. for some reason it always print two customer's receipt. the first receipt is perfect. however the second one was not perfectly printed (unfinished). Solution Andy Posted July 29, 2021 Solution Share Posted July 29, 2021 Hello. Usually, this kind of problem causes the limitation of transferring data buffer inside of the printer. To avoid such issues, we recommend using receipt printers from the list of supported printers.
