Why cannot print out full customer name in receipt?

I'm facing issue whereby the customer name is not being fully printout in the receipt.
It is only print half of the length as attached image.
From the image, we can see that the customer printed as "Greenearth Champion..." instead of full name "Greenearth Champion Enterprise" in customer profile.

Look like there is limitation length of customer name that can be print out. 
Is there anyway to fix this or any workaround solutions?

Note: I'm using 58mm thermal printer.

Can you write the full name of the model of the printer that you are making use of? 

Have you connected this printer with an Android or iOS device?

I'm using Sunmi V2 mobile terminal with built-in printer.

Hello, Currently, this is how the system works. The name of the customer will be cut if it is exceeding the line. 
You can add your feature request in Feature Requests
We value our customer suggestions and take them into consideration in our development plan, however, please note that the suggestions may not be always implemented fully.
Or, you can try to use a wider paper for the receipts.
