June 5, 20215 yr I'm facing issue whereby the customer name is not being fully printout in the receipt. It is only print half of the length as attached image. From the image, we can see that the customer printed as "Greenearth Champion..." instead of full name "Greenearth Champion Enterprise" in customer profile. Look like there is limitation length of customer name that can be print out. Is there anyway to fix this or any workaround solutions? Note: I'm using 58mm thermal printer. Thanks in advance.

June 11, 20215 yr Hello, Currently, this is how the system works. The name of the customer will be cut if it is exceeding the line. You can add your feature request in Feature Requests We value our customer suggestions and take them into consideration in our development plan, however, please note that the suggestions may not be always implemented fully. Or, you can try to use a wider paper for the receipts.
