Terinotperry Posted April 19, 2021 Posted April 19, 2021 After connecting my pos device to my tablet with the KDS app, the test order came right over to the KDS but when I create an order it never shows up on the KDS.
Solution Andy Posted April 20, 2021 Solution Posted April 20, 2021 You have to create create a printer group in the Kitchen Printers menu and assign categories of items. KDS displays only items from the printer group. Please, check details in the tutorial: https://help.loyverse.com/help/kds-configuration

Derksy Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Having the same issue, The test order came through perfectly but new orders do not. Same wifi network and printer group created and on. Using Android tablets
